BACK 2 BASICs:
BALANCE     AGILITY     STRENGTH     INTERVAL     CORE
Our signature workout program incorporating Circuit, Strength and Yoga to balance your workouts and your body.  The program runs from July 28th through September 3 and offers 30 sessions from which you may choose. Pick 6 Sessions or choose the Fitness Dozen.  All fitness levels accommodated and welcomed.
Functional Training:
Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.
Interval Training:
Interval training is exercise which consists of activity at high intensity for a period of time, followed by low intensity exercise for a period of time.
TRX Training:
Suspension body weight training that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
Weekend Warrior
Triathlon Training
No time during the week? Train and compete alongside our USAT Triathlon Coach for one of the many local Sprint Triathlons. We will help you create a balanced training regime with just a few hour commitment 3 days a week; Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Novice to Competitive Athlete. We WELCOME First Time Triathletes.
Children’s & Family Programs
Active play that includes opportunities for creative expression, self-discovery, FUNctional movement,  development of the mind-body connection, balance & coordination, focus & concentration and the development of self-esteem, confidence and respect.
“A Lifetime of YOGA”:
Visually and Verbally instructive awareness-based yoga integrating movement with the breath. Yoga develops body-awareness, mobility, strength, balance and well being while reducing stress. Yoga is available to all… men, women and children of all ages, with specialized programs to address the specific goals and needs of each individual.
