Meditative Relaxation- Experience the release of physical, mental, and emotional tension through guided relaxation methods. Each week will feature a different meditative practice such as Guided Visualization, Sound Relaxation, Body Scan, Breath Meditation, Mindfulness Practices or Yoga Nidra. 60 minutes. Zero exertion.
Restorative Yoga– Relax the body, mind and nervous system to nurture, restore, explore and care for one’s self. Passive floor postures using props for support. Poses are held from 5-20 minutes to encourage relaxation. 60 min. No exertion.
Women’s Relax & Restore Yoga– Nurture yourself with this quiet yoga practice to calm your nervous system, release stress, and recover from life’s transitions and challenges. Meditation & gentle poses. It does not require any physical fitness or knowledge of yoga. 60 min. Minimal exertion.
Yin Yoga– A meditative floor practice targeting the connective tissue and joints, especially the hips,lower back, and spine. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes. Flexibility is not required to benefit from this deep stretch practice. 60 min. Low to Moderate exertion.
Slow Flow with Yin- Slow and gentle flowing movements with longer held yin poses to build strength while improving range of motion. 60 minutes. Low exertion.
Gentle Yoga– Accessible movement practice that includes stretching and strengthening, appropriate for beginners or experienced yogis with floor and standing poses. Adaptable for every body. 60 min. Low exertion.
Relax & Flow Yoga–
Great for beginners and for those who prefer less cardio style practice. Body-breath awareness includes flowing & static yoga poses. Energize, release stress, discover personal strength and rhythm. 60 minutes. Low to Moderate exertion.
Vinyasa Yoga– Body-breath awareness with flowing yoga poses. Energize, release stress, discover personal strength and rhythm. 60 minutes. Moderate to Vigorous Exertion.
Gyrokinesis®- Awaken, invigorate and breathe through circular and spiraling movement patterns to open, lengthen and strengthen the spine and all other joints. Adaptable for all levels. Minimal to vigorous exertion. 50 minutes
Yoga for Healthy Aging- All will benefit from this well-balanced practice aimed at improving wellness. Movements and poses to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and agility. Includes some breathing and mindfulness practices Low to Moderate exertion.
Chair & Balance Yoga– This practice is intended to improve you posture, balance and strength with specialized seated and standing poses. We practice from a Chair as well as Standing, utilizing the chair and props to develope strength, flexibility, body and breath awareness and we practice relaxation techniques. NO floor poses. 60 minutes. Low exertion.
Yoga & TRX– Yoga and TRX for balance, strength and deepening into yoga postures. A fun practice great for diversifying your fitness while maintaining a yogic focus on breath, alignment, and the integration of body, mind, and spirit. 60 min. Moderate exertion.
TRX & Core– Strengthen, tone, balance, stretch & build endurance with TRX (wall straps) followed by floor core. 60 min. Moderate exertion.
Strength & Balance Yoga– Many standing postures to build balance, strength, and stamina. May include TRX and Bosu. Appropriate for all, work at your own level with guidance. 60 minutes. Low to Moderate exertion.
Kundalini Yoga- Welcome to the Yoga of Awareness, as taught by Yogi Bhajan- combines physical movement, breath work, mudra, chanting, and commanding the mind towards the goal being Happy, Healthy and Holy. Beginners welcome. 90 minutes. Moderate to Vigorous exertion.
Classical Pilates Mat- Balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, emphasis on core muscles with this challenging yet safe method. Adaptable to all levels. 50 minutes. Minimal to vigorous exertion.

Dance Temple Workshops- A safe space and open dance floor for you to explore different rhythms, patterns of movement and your inner journey. The healing and artistic nature of movement is acknowledged; recognizing that fun, play and humor are vital to this practice. All levels welcome!
Goddess Glow Flow- A Goddess Oracle card will help set your intention for your practice. You are then guided through sensual and sacred movements inspired by vinyasa flow, belly dance, kundalini breath work, and contemporary dance. Designed to awaken your inner Goddess, release energy blocks, stored emotions, and help you turn up the volume on your sensuality dial. This is not your typical yoga class and all levels are welcome! It’s a sneaky workout with a killer playlist!
Golden Goddess Adaptive Flow- With age comes wisdom, experience and the ability to slow down and tune in to our higher feminine wisdom. Golden Goddess Adaptive Flow is a 60 minute class that will guide you through sensual and sacred movements inspired by vinyasa flow, belly dance, kundalini breath work, and contemporary dance. Designed with each individual’s particular needs in mind Golden Goddess Adaptive Flow allows for modifications and adaptations while you move to awaken your inner Goddess, release energy blocks, stored emotions, and help you turn up the volume on your sensuality. You will begin by pulling a Goddess Oracle card to help you set your intention for your practice. This is not your typical yoga class and all levels are welcome! Come move with me and reconnect with the divine feminine! Tap into your bliss, step into your power, and soak up the sisterhood.
Intensive Yin Workshops- Yin is a quiet practice on the floor targeting the connective tissue and joints especially of the hips, lower back and spine, where poses are held for 3-5 minutes. In this class you will learn how the poses work in the body while you practice. A more intense intellectual practice that will allow you to incorporate Yin into your home practice. You do not have to be flexible to enjoy the benefits of this deep stretching practice.
Yoga Nidra– Release accumulated tension through a guided relaxation method of inducing deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation while lying down supported by blankets and props for comfort. Some Sound Nidra sessions will be offered. 60 minutes. Zero exertion.
